Mobilitate de predare/formare în Salonic, Grecia. Termen de aplicare: 20 iulie 2025

Universitatea Aristotel din Salonic, Grecia, oferă 2 mobilități pentru personal – 1 pentru predare și 1 pentru formare – în cadrul Programului Erasmus+ și a Acordului interinstituțional semnat cu Universitatea de Stat de Medicină și Farmacie „Nicolae Testemițanu” din Republica Moldova. 

Mobilitatea va fi realizată în semestrul de iarnă al anului academic 2025-2026, în perioada 03.11.2025 - 30.01.2026, și include 5 zile de activitate, plus 2 de călătorie.

Programul Erasmus+ va acoperi cheltuielile de călătorie (o sumă fixă) și bursa de întreținere.

Please note the following:

  1. All available mobilities for Teaching can be found here and available mobilities for Training can be found here. Please note that mobilities have been grouped by region, so as to allow for the greatest flexibility in the allocation of mobility spots between countries of the same region.
  2. Implementation period for all mobilities will be 03/11/2025-30/01/2026. The starting dates depend on the arrangements between applicants/selected grantees and the host Schools/Units. However, applicants are encouraged to check the University Calendar in order to avoid applying for periods that are not eligible (e.g. official holidays and exams periods).
  3. Nominations will be submitted by the International Relations Office of the partner universities only online, through our e-formWe will not accept nominations by email.

 

NOMINATION PROCEDURE:

 

Please note that all nominations (max 5 staff members for Teaching and max 5 staff members for Training) shall be submitted by the International Relations Office of the partner university once via the E-nomination form developed for this purpose.

All nominated staff members will be sent guidelines for the necessary documentation after the deadline of nominations.

 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE at AUTh:

 

1) Only nominated staff members will be sent guidelines for the necessary documentation, following their nomination by their home university and after the nominations deadline.

2) In order to submit their applications, nominees will have to prepare the following documents:

  • Copy of the MOBILITY AGREEMENT for Teaching/Training KA171, which must include ONLY the mobility period EXCLUDING the travel days and be signed and stamped by the applicant and their Home University.

  • CURRICULUM VITAE(CV)preferrably in Europass format
  • LETTER OF SUPPORT from the School/Faculty of interest. Applicants may contact the ECTS of the School/Faculty which they want to apply for, for further assistance on communicating the proper host faculty member that could provide the required Letter of Support. SELECTION PROCEDURE:

 

After the deadline of applications, all applications will be assessed by the ECTS coordinators of our Schools and Units and the Selection Committee will decide who will be granted a mobility according to the criteria set for each category of applicants. Important information: As you might have already noticed, during this call, available mobilities in several countries are funded by two different funding schemes, i.e. the 2023-1-EL01-KA171-HED-000135737 and the 2024-1-EL01-KA171-HED-000223729 funding schemes, in which different daily grants and travel amounts apply. For the countries in which this provision applies, please consult the table in the available mobilities section of our website.

 

Kindly note that, while the allocation of mobilities will be carried out according to the established selection criteria for teaching and administrative staff, priority will be assigned to the utilization of the 2023-1-EL01-KA171-HED-000135737 funding scheme, with the aim of maximizing programme absorption.
